We want to encourage innovation, creativity, and openness in your submissions. Keeping the process simple, we’ve outlined the following headings to guide your application:

Your application must:

• Be no more than two pages.

• Clearly state which award you are applying for.

• Include:

  • Introduction: The background and/or focus of your proposal.

  • Importance: Why this work matters to the SU sector.

  • Development Plan: How you would execute your idea and collaborate with Coole Insight.

  • Outcomes and Impact: What change or benefits your project will deliver.

  • Justification: Why your proposal deserves to win.

  • Contact Details.

How to Present Your Proposal:We’re leaving this entirely up to you! Whether you choose a traditional document, infographic, or video, let your creativity shine.

To apply, simply email your proposal to hello@cooleinsightltd.co.uk by 14th February 2025. Please ensure your submission aligns with the guidance provided above.

What We’re Looking For

Our judging panel will assess submissions based on the following:

• Innovation: Fresh, forward-thinking ideas that bring new perspectives to the SU sector.

• Feasibility: A clear and realistic plan for executing the project.

• Impact: Demonstrable benefits for students, SUs, and the broader sector.

• Alignment with Coole Insight Values: Does the project reflect collaboration, honesty, and kindness?
